Previous incidents

We have not detected any new incidents in the last 30 minutes. It appears the underlying issue with AWS has been resolved; however, we are continuing to monitor the situation closely to ensure stability across all affected regions.

[Recovered] Between 2:42pm and 8:38pm UTC, Taktile US customers experienced intermittent API 5xx responses in us-east-1. Approximately 1% of total API traffic returned 5xx responses. Root cause was an AWS region-wide incident impacting N. Virginia. AWS has resolved the issue and we have confirmed recovery.

[Recovered] between 6:52am 9:22am UTC Oct 20th, all US Taktile customers were impacted by a major AWS outage in the US East (N. Virginia) Region.
Taktile APIs returned 5xx error codes.

As per our current understanding no other regions were affected.

We will conduct Post Mortem analysis to understand how we could mitigate this better.
